Having a good experience & key skills measuring ingredients, decorating pastries, and perfect presentations. Creativity in custom make cakes (dream shape) & for special occasions with innovating new flavor combinations. Having a good knowledge in figure making (sugar make) & Chocolate garnish. Control on stock management, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Time management skills.
