Oversee daily operations of the Bajaj two-wheeler showroom.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, service, and accounts departments.
Maintain cleanliness, display, and branding in showroom as per company standards.
Sales Management:
Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Organize and participate in marketing campaigns and local promotions.
Manage inventory levels, test ride scheduling, and delivery process.
Customer Service:
Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalated complaints.
Maintain customer relationship for repeat and referral business.
Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of sold vehicles.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives, service advisors, and support staff.
Conduct regular performance reviews and motivate the team.
Reporting and Compliance:
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service reports to the head office.
Ensure showroom compliance with Bajaj Auto Ltd. policies and local regulations.
Coordinate with Bajaj officials during audits and training programs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Good knowledge of automobiles (especially Bajaj two-wheelers).
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership software (DMS).
