Job description:Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Offline Lead Generation- Visit local markets, business clusters, corporates, and properties for direct outreach.- Conduct door-to-door marketing and field activation for property-related opportunities.2. Business Development- Identify and initiate contact with local brands, investors, shop owners, and corporates.- Present company services and convert interest into warm leads for internal teams.3. Brand & Service Promotion- Distribute marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, and service profiles.- Clearly communicate offerings related to leasing, sale, franchise, collaboration, and investment.4. Territory Planning- Strategically plan and cover commercial areas, upcoming developments.- Track and maintain structured territory visits and follow-up calendar.5. Market Research- Gather information on market demand, vacant properties, business expansion needs, and competitor activities.6. Reporting- Submit daily/weekly lead reports, field visit logs, and territory updates.- Maintain and update CRM or internal lead management tools regularly.7.
