Source and generate

Personal Loan leads

through field visits, references, corporate tie-ups, and existing customer base. Achieve

monthly Personal Loan disbursement targets

as assigned by the company. Explain

Bajaj Finance Personal Loan features, interest rates, EMI options, and eligibility

clearly to customers. Collect and verify

KYC, income, and bank documents

as per Bajaj Finance credit policy. Coordinate with

credit and operations teams

to ensure quick login, approval, and disbursement. Maintain

high conversion ratio

from lead generation to disbursement. Build and manage

relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and corporate clients

(if applicable). Ensure

zero mis-selling

and strict adherence to Bajaj Finance compliance and process guidelines. Track lead status and update all activities in

CRM / LOS system

regularly. Handle

customer follow-ups

until loan disbursement and EMI activation. Support customers with

post-disbursement queries

and basic service coordination. Monitor

portfolio quality

and minimize early delinquency through correct customer profiling. Participate in

sales meetings, training programs, and product updates

conducted by Bajaj Finance. Maintain

professional conduct and brand representation

in the market.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
