Manage buyer coordination and maintain regular communication through email and calls.
Handle product development and sampling processes as per buyer requirements.
Prepare and manage costing sheets, price negotiations, and order confirmation.
Oversee order management, including timelines, approvals, and updates.
Follow up with the production team to ensure smooth production planning and execution.
Ensure product quality standards, compliance requirements, and buyer specifications are met.
Coordinate with the QA team for quality checks and inspections.
Manage shipment planning, documentation, and dispatch coordination.
Maintain records of orders, sampling status, production progress, and shipment details.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of bag materials, trims, printing techniques, and bag construction.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) for buyer handling.
Proficiency in MS Excel, costing sheets, and reporting formats.
Strong email drafting and professional communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
