Job Description

Ensure the Bag Making machine utilization for Vega Plus 800, Vega Plus 1000 and Vega W 800, reduce machine idle time and ensure wastage under specific norm. Follow the Bag Making production plan and job specification while operating the machines. Demonstrate ability to observe and adjust machine set-up and operations for Vega Plus 800, Vega Plus 1000 and Vega W 800 eliminating production of defective products. Inspect and evaluate the quality of products to ensure conformance to specifications. Proper labeling and information on semi-finished products and non-conformances in Bag Making department. Report and inform any abnormality to Bag Making production in Charge immediately. To ensure visual inspection of all the Bag Making material handled in productions. Always endure machine cleanliness and good Housekeeping in Bag Making department. Maintain all documents and records as per policies and procedures.
