Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, qualified, and disciplined

Badminton Coach

who can deliver structured and high-quality training for players across all age groups and skill levels. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and dedicated to providing an exceptional coaching experience aligned with The Colosseum's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct systematic coaching sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players. Plan and execute training modules aligned with The Colosseum's structured curriculum. Identify player strengths, monitor progress, and prepare evaluation reports. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct during all sessions. Support tournament preparation, match analysis, and player development programs. Coordinate with the Sports Centre Manager and Operations Team for daily schedules and player feedback. Ensure all coaching equipment, courts, and facilities are maintained in top condition. Participate in marketing and community engagement initiatives like demo sessions or evaluation weeks.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of coaching experience at a reputed academy or sports institution.
