Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support back-office software related to
Equity & Derivatives
operations.
Handle client queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify, analyze, and resolve technical or operational challenges.
Train users on back-office software features and workflows.
Contribute to process improvements and software implementation in coordination with the development team.
Requirements:
Graduate with
5+ years of experience
in
Stock Market Back-Office operations
Strong understanding of
Derivatives (Equity & Commodities)
accounting
Excellent communication skills in
English & Hindi
Experience in
implementing or supporting back-office software
at stock broking firms (preferred)*
