We are looking for Back Office Executives in

I

nvestments, Mutual Funds domain to join our team. If you are from a financial domain, understand the world of finance, or have an experience working for an financial services firm especially in back office Mutual Fund, Equities or Insurance operations or have done professional courses in finance then you will love this position.

Key Responsibilities

Understand Clients' requirements Managing Mutual Funds, Equities, Insurance transaction processing for clients Updating of CRM and various other systems Answer clients' questions, address concerns and resolve them as per SLAs Regularly review clients' portfolio and have continuous engagement with them Preparing or interpreting financial document summaries, investment performance reports and income projections, Tax implications for clients and presenting them Creating MIS and various kind of Reports Relationship management with RMs of Insurance companies, Fund houses etc Meeting Operational Targets and Client Retention goals. Meeting Quality control targets and SLAs Building and maintaining your client base.

Qualifications required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field. Knowledge of Financial & Securities market and Insurance 1-2 years of experience as a back office Mutual funds executive / Client Relationship manager or similar role Internship for fresher level candidates Certification Financial Domain like CFP, CFA, NISM certification will be added advantage, but not compulsory Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Social Media professional tools like Linked In, Facebook etc Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills, written and spoken English is must Team player

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
