Job Description

1. Execute the account opening for Clients. Help in completing the regulatory pre-requisites for Account opening and getting the account investment ready. 2. Executing Investment transactions for Clients as per the agreed plan 3. Communicating (both verbal and written) with internal stakeholders. 4. Prepare accurate Portfolio reports for Clients. 5. Monitoring Client communication channels like email and WhatsApp and managing the ticketing system. 6. Resolving queries related to Operations. 7. Manage logistics for Client and internal meetings. 8. Prepare ad hoc reports on Client investment data required by management. 9. Maintain internal records for investments and relevant communications in the CRM. Reporting to : Head of Investment Operations Location : Pune Start Date : 15 December 2023 Probation : 3 Months Schedule : Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM & Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM During the probation period, no leaves are allowed, absence on any days will be deducted from the salary. The company Holiday policy will be applicable on completion of probation period. Eligibility Criteria : Experience of 1 year in the field of Finance operations 1. Hands on with popular email and web-based systems 2. Working knowledge of MS Excel, with good data analysis skills 3. Good verbal and moderate written communication skills 4. Basic knowledge of Investments and Finance 5. Good relationship building skills and high level of integrity 6. Have an eye for detail and take complete ownership of the task assigned to deliver within deadline. 7. Attitude to learn. Compensation Range : Rs. 15,000 to 20,000 per month.
