Should have Knowledge of Pesticides and pest control services and activities Plan daily schedules and allocate work to team members. Ensure treatments are carried out safely and as per company protocols. Handle customer interactions, explain treatment processes, and ensure satisfaction. Conduct inspections and identify potential pest issues. Maintain records of services, inventory, and team performance. Train and mentor team members on safety and service quality. Coordinate with management for regular updates.
