Job Title: Back Office Executive - Multiple Reports / Payment Follow-ups (Antivirus Distribution)

Key Responsibilities:

Report Management: Generate and maintain reports related to antivirus product distribution, sales, and inventory. Analyze distribution reports to optimize stock levels and identify opportunities for improvement. Payment Follow-ups: Monitor and track payments from distributors and clients within the antivirus domain. Communicate with distributors to ensure timely payment and resolve any payment-related discrepancies. Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure accurate tracking of antivirus products. Generate reports on product availability, demand, and aging inventory. Customer Communication: Maintain professional communication with distributors and clients regarding payment terms, invoicing, and product availability. Address inquiries and concerns related to reports and payments promptly. Documentation: Maintain organised records of distribution reports, payment receipts, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in back-office operations within the antivirus or technology distribution sector. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
