Key Responsibilities:
Support the accounts team in day-to-day activities.
Prepare and maintain accounting documents, vouchers, and records.
Enter financial data accurately in Excel and accounting software (training will be provided).
Assist in invoice preparation, bill checking, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain files for purchase, sales, and expense records.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for document collection.
Handle general back-office and administrative work related to accounts.
Requirements:
B.Com Graduate (Fresher preferred)
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel and accounting principles
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
