Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Outreach:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to explain services and generate leads.

Lead Management:

Maintain and update a database of prospects using MS Excel and smartphone tools.

Backend Support:

Assist in office administration, documentation, and digital marketing support tasks.

Communication:

Coordinate between clients and the sales team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

Any Graduate (Final year students with results awaited may also apply).

Experience:

Minimum

1 Year

in Tele calling or Digital Marketing (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may be considered).

Language:

Must be fluent in

Hindi

and local Odia.

Tools:

Must possess a functional

Laptop & Smartphone

(Mandatory).

Technical Skills:

Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Browsing).

Key Skills & Specializations

Tele-Sales Excellence:

Ability to build rapport over the phone and handle objections professionally.

Digital Awareness:

Familiarity with how Bulk WhatsApp/SMS and Social Media Marketing impact business growth.

Administrative Efficiency:

Strong organizational skills for managing back-office documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary:

?9,000 - ?12,000 per month (depending on experience).

Performance Incentives:

Daily-basis incentives based on performance/targets achieved.
