Backlink Executive / Off-Page SEO Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Execute off-page SEO activities including

link building, guest posting, directory submissions, and business listings

Identify high-quality backlink opportunities through

competitor analysis and outreach

Perform

email outreach

to bloggers, webmasters, and content publishers Build and maintain

white-hat backlinks

as per SEO best practices Monitor backlink profile using tools such as

Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Google Search Console

Track and report backlink growth, domain authority, and referral traffic Remove or disavow

toxic or spammy links

when required Collaborate with the content team to support link-building campaigns Maintain records of outreach, live links, and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in

off-page SEO / backlink building

Good understanding of

SEO fundamentals

and Google guidelines Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz / Ubersuggest) Strong

email communication and outreach skills

Ability to analyze competitor backlinks and identify link gaps Basic knowledge of

content marketing and anchor-text strategy

Attention to detail and ability to meet monthly link-building targets

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with

guest blogging and niche edits

Knowledge of

local SEO citations

Understanding of

nofollow vs dofollow links

Basic Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills
