We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Background Verification Executive to conduct candidate background checks and verification activities remotely. The role involves validating employment history, education, address, ID proofs, and other credentials while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end background verification for candidates as per client or company policy.
Verify employment history, education, address, criminal record, and reference checks through calls, emails, and online sources.
Collect and validate documents submitted by candidates.
Maintain accurate reports and records in the verification system or database.
Coordinate with internal HR teams, candidates, and third-party agencies for smooth verification.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Deliver timely verification status updates and final reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Good computer literacy and data entry skills.
Prior experience in background verification, HR operations, or data validation preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Work Mode:
Fully Remote
Candidate must have a stable internet connection and access to a personal computer/laptop.
Preferred Experience:
3 years in background verification roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
