Coordinating with the internal teams such as Talent Acquisition, Operations and Global Security Team. Reviewing, tracking & updating the BGV status to the lead/Reporting Manager and ensure Background Check is completed within the SLA & maintain quality delivery. Priority cases from the Business is handled in Fast Track mode. Validating the documents received from Employee, Talent acquisition, and Operations team. Consolidation of Daily/ weekly BGV report and sharing daily and weekly basis report with Reporting Manager. Uploading the clear documents of respective employees in State Street tool and reviewing the alerts shared by the Vendors. Develop a strong understanding of State Streets BGV Process, policies and procedures, and requirements. Escalating the potential unusual activity.
