Job Description


We offer you the opportunity to optimally handle Background Verification process.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Operations Management \xe2\x80\x93 People Operations experience supporting APAC and US region for Background Screening.

The role includes performing transactions in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country, with the highest standards of time and quality under the contract with the customer

  • Providing answers, solutions and recommendations for inquires related to HR processes/procedures by applying solutions provided by HR SMEs form part of your primary duties
  • This role also requires you to build, update and maintain all HR related data via HR System on time
  • The role also provides you with an ongoing opportunity to assist in identifying areas to improve communications, efficiency of operations and implementing changes.

Qualifications

We are looking for:

\xc2\xa7 3+ years of relevant experience with Background Screening

\xc2\xa7 Experience in People Service center operations or Background Screening space in large matrixed organizations along with experience in working with multiple clients/processes in fast paced/3rd party BPO environment would be preferred

\xc2\xa7 You have expert knowledge of MS office Products

\xc2\xa7 You have hands on experience of working on HR ERP like PeopleSoft/SAP/SkillSoft etc.

\xc2\xa7 You have solid attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

\xc2\xa7 You have proven work experience in an environment that promotes continuous improvement and/or automation of processes

\xc2\xa7 You have a Green Belt/LEAN certification will be an added advantage

\xc2\xa7 Open to working in all shifts, as well as work in a fast paced environment

\xc2\xa7 You have experience working with partners across regions, and proven to be able to work across cultures

\xc2\xa7 You are comfortable improving process dashboards, find opportunities for improvement using data and drive improvement projects independently

\xc2\xa7 You are reliable, patient, resilient and service oriented

\xc2\xa7 You are committed to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice

\xc2\xa7 You are flexible, able to learn new solutions and systems quickly

\xc2\xa7 You are self-starter, motivated for professional development
