Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Backend Trainer (MERN Stack)

to deliver high-quality technical training to students or professionals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in backend development using

Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB

, and a clear understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and database architecture. Experience with the full MERN Stack is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging backend development sessions using

Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB

, and

RESTful API

integration. Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and structured way to learners at various skill levels. Create course materials, hands-on projects, assignments, and assessments. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to learners. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training sessions. Mentor and support students during and after training.

Required Skills

Strong backend development experience with

Node.js

and

Express.js

. Proficient in working with

MongoDB

, including schema design and aggregation pipelines. Clear understanding of

RESTful APIs

,

JWT/Auth

, and

MVC architecture

. Familiarity with

Git/GitHub

for version control. Basic understanding of

React.js

for integration with backend APIs is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or delivering technical training is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience in delivering training in a classroom or virtual environment. Knowledge of deployment using

Heroku
