ROLE OBJECTIVE

To support

Outbound tele calling

for loan lead generation and basic business enquiries while also Handling

backend digital operations

of Angel Finance

This role is critical for:

Lead generation Client onboarding support Internal operations stability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Telecalling & Lead Generation (Primary - 60%)

Make outbound calls to potential customers (loan & business enquiries) Explain basic loan products clearly (training provided) Identify customer needs and eligibility Generate and qualify leads Converting qualified leads to successful sales.

B. Backend & Digital Support (Secondary - 40%)

Assist in website content updates (basic edits only) (training provided) Upload and format blog posts on website (training provided) Assist in basic social media posting (as per templates)

REQUIRED SKILLS

Clear and confident communication skills Comfortable with outbound calling Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet, social media) Good follow-up and coordination skills Ability to handle repetitive tasks with discipline

ELIGIBILITY

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred) Freshers are welcome Prior telecalling or backend experience is an advantage but

not mandatory

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

Fixed pay: ?7,000 - ?10,000 per month Performance-based incentives on: Qualified loan leads Target achievement Role expansion and salary revision based on performance after 6 months
