The Revenue Cloud Team Lead role is crucial in leading a team of consultants to bridge the gap between client business processes and Salesforce solutions, with a specialized focus on Revenue Cloud functionalities. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, the ability to tailor solutions that align with client needs, and strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Revenue Cloud Consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high quality delivery of Salesforce solutions. Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify Salesforce and Revenue Cloud needs. Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored Salesforce solutions, focusing on Revenue Cloud. Provide expertise on Salesforce functionality, features, and potential limitations, especially within the Revenue Cloud modules. Design and present Salesforce solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit. Collaborate with Salesforce developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions. Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce CPQ and RCA to meet client specifications. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of Salesforce applications. Stay current with the latest Salesforce trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations. Build internal Go To Market (GTM) accelerators for Revenue Cloud Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development. Manage team performance, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback. Requirements:


Proven experience as a Salesforce Team leader managing a group of individual contributors Hands on experience with Salesforce development and documentation, particularly with Revenue Cloud. Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and project lifecycle management. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client facing interaction. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members. Fluency in English.
