Role Overview:-

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, backend frameworks, database systems, and API development, along with the ability to lead and mentor a development team.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Lead the design and development of complex backend applications using

Python

and frameworks such as

Django, FastAPI, or Flask

. Define backend architecture and ensure adherence to best practices in software design and development. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote technical excellence within the team. Design, develop, and maintain

secure, scalable, and high-performance APIs

. Work extensively with

relational databases

, including schema design, SQL queries, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and deliver new features. Ensure backend systems meet performance, quality, reliability, and scalability requirements. Design and manage data using

NoSQL databases

, particularly

MongoDB

. Integrate and manage

message broker systems

(

RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, IBM MQ

) for asynchronous and inter-service communication. Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and automation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

Strong expertise in

Python programming

and backend development. In-depth knowledge of

API design and development

. Solid understanding of

relational database concepts

, SQL, schema design, and normalization. Working knowledge of

NoSQL databases

, especially MongoDB. Hands-on experience with

Django and FastAPI

frameworks. Experience with

message brokers

such as RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, or IBM MQ. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience & Background:-

Proven experience as a

Senior Backend Engineer / Technical Lead

or similar role. Experience working on

scalable, distributed backend systems
