Job Description

Lead Qualification:

Contact potential customers who have expressed interest in solar power installations via inbound inquiries, email campaigns, or online lead generation platforms.

Appointment Scheduling:


Effectively schedule consultations, site assessments, and follow-up appointments with customers to discuss solar solutions, energy savings, and system design.Provide information to potential customers about the benefits, costs, and savings of switching to solar power. Respond to questions or concerns and direct them to the appropriate sales or technical team members when needed.Maintain and update the CRM database with customer contact information, appointment details, and follow-up actions. Ensure all leads are tracked and no potential opportunities are missed.Follow up on previous inquiries, no-shows, or missed appointments to reschedule and maintain customer engagement.
