You will be responsible to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensure smooth sales team operations.

Salary Range:

Rs.15,000 to Rs.20,000

per month In-hand

(CTC: 2.38 LPA to 3 LPA).

Basic Computer Knowledge

and good communication skills.

Experience:

Freshers

to 1 year of experience in

Back-End Sales Support

or any

Back-End

Profile

Required Skills:

Good Communication Skill Must (English, Hindi, Marathi)

MS office (Word, Advance excel must)

Computer Knowledge (Typing speed - 30 wpm)

Gender:

Male candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect necessary information from customer for customer profiling (Mail/Call/WhatsApp). Create quotation for assigned salespersons. Respond customers on WhatsApp, emails and calls (If needed) about requirements and queries. Take follow ups on quote shared and resolved their queries. Maintain data for Assigned salesperson. Ability to prioritize and handled Workload as given.
