Imperial Gold Cast is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, coordinating dispatch and delivery, supporting billing and payment recovery, managing customer communication and grievances, and maintaining accurate sales data via CRM. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, the sales team, and internal operations.

Experience:

Relevant experience in backend sales, coordination, or customer support roles in manufacturing or trading industry preferred.

Industry Specification:

Plain Gold & CZ Casting Jewellery Rings, Bracelets, Earrings, Tops, Pendants & Chains.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Booking:

Receive and process orders via website, social media, sales portals, email, calls, and WhatsApp Understand client requirements, resolve queries, and confirm orders Share QuickSell catalogues and fill internal order forms Place confirmed orders with the factory

Dispatch Coordination:

Follow up with operations for progress on order Ensure delivery schedule is on track Receive completed orders from the factory Conduct final checks on weight, design, and quantity Coordinate packing Arrange courier via company logistics partners Update customers on dispatch and delay Prepare and send invoices to customers Ensure customers have received bills Liaise with Accounts for payment queries

Managing Customer Grievances:

Handle queries from order placement to dispatch Coordinate returns, replacements, or any after-sales support

Sales MIS:

Maintain CRM data entries and updates Generate sales and follow-up reports from CRM as required

Specific Skills Required:

Strong communication and customer handling Order processing and coordination Follow-up and escalation handling Basic billing and payment recovery CRM usage and report generation
