Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through online research, social platforms, cold calling, and email campaigns.
Qualify leads based on business requirements and pass them to the sales team.
Maintain and update lead databases, CRM, and tracking sheets.
Reach out to potential customers professionally and explain company products/services.
Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with warm leads to convert them into potential opportunities.
Support the sales team with backend coordination and documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly lead reports and share updates with managers.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing preferred).
Strong communication skills (English)
Good analytical and research skills.
Ability to make outbound calls and handle customer queries.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Persistence, confidence, and a positive attitude.
