Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a
sales orders
for barcode printers, printer parts, and consumables.
Communicate with customers through phone and email regarding
pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
Process purchase orders
and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatch and invoicing.
Follow up for
payments, pending quotations, and repeat consumable orders.
Coordinate with the
technical/service team
for warranty, repairs, or part replacement requests.
Keep track of
inventory levels
for fast-moving consumables and parts.
Build and maintain
strong customer relationships
to support long-term business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing
, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in
backend or inside sales
, preferably in
barcode, IT hardware, or office automation
industry.
Good knowledge of
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
