Respond / Attend all enquiries

(email / phone / WhatsApp) from Customer.

Send Sales Quotation

properly and timely for all enquiries.

Manage technical queries

from customers related to product.

Resolve any Commercial queries

.

Customer Visits

- if required schedule visits of Technical Sales Engineer to the Customer. Follow-up with customer to procure purchase order.

Internal co-ordination

- co-ordinate with internal team members to ensure that material is procured on time and then dispatched to customer.

Customer Relationship Management

- Manage relationship for customer inquiry on order update and Sales.

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma / Graduate (any discipline with Technical mindset). Science / Engineering preferred. Experience of 1+ years in making quotations preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
