Requirements:

Location: Andheri (e) MIDC, Mumbai

Key Performance Indicators:

Client Communication: Engage with B2C clients via calls, emails, and messages, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Sales & Marketing Calls: Initiate and manage sales calls to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals. Participate in BTL activities.
Problem Solving: Address client concerns promptly and provide effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with inventory availability.
