Job Title: MLSE - Backend QA
Location: Indore / Gurgaon / Noida / Bangalore / Pune
Experience: 6-8 Years

We are seeking an experienced Backend QA Engineer (MLSE) with strong expertise in API testing, backend validation, and quality assurance practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with backend systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Skills & Tools Required
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with backend testing and API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, etc.
Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries for backend and database validation.
Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) for automation tasks.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git, etc.
Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to report test outcomes and work collaboratively with developers and product teams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, review, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for backend services and APIs.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for backend applications.
Collaborate closely with software developers to understand application workflows, architecture, and data flows.
Identify, log, and track defects/bugs, and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Validate data integrity, backend logic, and system performance across environments.
Support the continuous enhancement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning to ensure quality is embedded early in the development cycle.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end product quality.
