The Backend Process Analyst handles coordination with banks, NBFCs, and credit bureaus to resolve customer account-related issues. The role involves backend operations such as document verification, data rectification, and case tracking to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyse customer credit reports to identify and report discrepancies.
Communicate with banks, financial institutions, and bureaus via email and phone for issue resolution.
Manage document submissions, rectification workflows, and closure verifications.
Record responses, update internal trackers, and prepare MIS or status reports.
Ensure all communications and submissions meet accuracy and compliance standards.
Skills & Competencies:
Good understanding of credit bureau processes (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF High Mark).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent coordination and follow-up ability.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
1-3 years of experience in backend operations, credit analysis, or banking support preferred.
