We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Backend Operations (Life Insurance). As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations for our life insurance products. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in backend operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in backend operations, preferably in the life insurance industry
• Sound knowledge of life insurance products and processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently

• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in processing life insurance policies
• Handle backend operations tasks such as policy issuance, endorsements, and claims processing
• Verify and validate policy documents and customer information
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of customer queries or concerns
• Generate reports and maintain data integrity in the backend systems
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner
• Stay updated with the latest regulations and guidelines related to life insurance operations
• Provide support in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
