We are looking for a detail-oriented

Backend / Operations Executive

to support the day-to-day operations of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination, accurate reporting, and effective operational management of power projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle power allocation, scheduling, and monitoring of renewable energy projects. Coordinate with clients, power traders, and developers. Maintain accurate records of generation, consumption, banking, and settlement. Support billing, reconciliation, and reporting activities. Prepare and submit regulatory documents to SLDC / TANGEDCO / TNERC. Maintain Excel trackers and MIS reports for management. Follow up on approvals and operational activities. Identify and report operational issues or deviations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Knowledge of Renewable Energy Operations, Open Access, and Power Allocation. Strong MIS and reporting skills. Excellent client coordination and communication skills. Advanced MS Excel skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Any graduate can apply; prior experience in renewable energy operations is a plus.
