Back-End Operations Executive

Executive Assistant (Documentation Support) to the Founder

This is a work-from-home, flexible, output-oriented role where basic working hours are followed, but additional availability may be required during urgent deadlines, tender submissions, meetings, or time-sensitive documentation work. No technical qualification or technical background is required for this role, as it is documentation-, coordination-, research-, and support-oriented, and complete guidance, formats, instructions, and step-by-step handholding for all assigned work will be provided by the Founder or key management. Freshers, college students, and first-time professionals should not feel intimidated, as the expectation is seriousness, discipline, willingness to learn, and execution ability rather than prior expertise. The selection process includes a mandatory three-day trial period involving real internal documentation, tender reading, drafting, coordination, and executive assistance tasks, which will be paid at ?1,000 lump sum only if the assigned work is completed satisfactorily, followed by signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement for confidentiality. Candidates clearing the trial will undergo a three-month probation or internship period on a stipend of ?10,000 per month, during which continuous guidance and supervision will be provided and performance will be monitored for long-term suitability. The role involves supporting internal documentation, tender participation, JV documentation for the company's own projects, research, vendor coordination, invoicing support, preparation of presentations, basic photo and video editing, social media support, and direct documentation and coordination assistance to the Founder including follow-ups, tracking, drafting communications, and meeting preparation. The position requires good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, basic familiarity with Canva, Picsart or Photoshop, basic video editing, basic understanding of AI tools, fluency in English and Hindi, good typing speed, ownership, and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines.
