We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to manage inventory operations, ensure SLA compliance, and handle product cataloguing across online marketplaces. The ideal candidate is strong in Excel, understands backend e-commerce processes, and can coordinate smoothly with internal teams and marketplace platforms
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstocking
Ensure adherence to SLAs for order processing, dispatch, returns, and cancellations
Maintain and analyze inventory and operations data using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
Handle product cataloguing and listing on marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
Update product details including pricing, descriptions, images, SKUs, and attributes
Track marketplace dashboards for penalties, performance metrics, and compliance issues
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to resolve operational issues
Prepare regular operational and inventory reports for management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with inventory management and backend operations
Understanding of SLAs in e-commerce or operations environments
Hands-on experience with product cataloguing on online marketplaces
High attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems
Knowledge of marketplace policies and performance metrics
Basic data analysis or reporting experience
