Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end
loan documentation
and
backend processing
.
Coordinate with customers via phone and email to collect required
documents and details
.
Verify and validate customer information and documents (KYC, income proof, etc.).
Ensure all files are complete, compliant, and ready for disbursement.
Work closely with the
sales and credit teams
to resolve queries and expedite approvals.
Maintain accurate records and update the system with the latest information.
Provide excellent customer service and assist in
cross-selling or upselling
additional financial products.
Prepare regular MIS reports and share status updates with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
0- 1 years of experience in
loan processing, backend operations, or financial documentation

Strong verbal and written
communication skills

Good understanding of
KYC norms
, documentation standards, and basic financial terms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
