We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, confident, and capable of resolving queries while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or calls in a timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to handle multiple chats or calls simultaneously
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to work in shifts (if required)
