Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal departments (client servicing, production, finance) to facilitate campaign and event execution. Prepare documentation such as work orders, vendor POs, dispatch notes, and job sheets. Maintain accurate records of material movement, vendor invoices, and campaign assets. Assist in vendor coordination for timely delivery and execution at the field level. Track the status of ongoing jobs and update relevant stakeholders. Help manage inventory and logistics for branding, signage, and event materials. Maintain and update campaign trackers, MIS reports, and expense sheets. Ensure that backend operations comply with internal processes and quality standards. Support the team during live campaigns/events by handling backend logistics and communication.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
