Collect and compile data from field teams, vendors, and clients for all running campaigns.
Maintain and update MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers for daily operations.
Prepare campaign performance reports, budget utilization, and final claim reports.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely submission of data and reports.
Verify field data, attendance, and campaign photos/videos before reporting.
Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate with respective teams for corrections.
Support management in preparing presentations, performance analysis, and audit reports.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all reporting activities.
Key Skills Required:
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Google Sheets
, and data analysis tools.
Strong knowledge of
formulas, pivot tables, and dashboard creation
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns
