Qualifications Required
: Minimum B. Com./ BBA. Certifications / Diploma / Post Graduation in related Finance domain will be an added advantage. A good academic record is important - grades attained in school, colleges and training institutions need to be mentioned in the CV. Good and proficient computer handling as also absolute comfort with MS Office and email is expected and is a must. Experience in a financial planning company having done online/offline backend operations would have an added advantage.
Salary Expectation:
Our salary structure is always comparable or better than the industry with much better perks structure. After six months, on confirmation of probation, team members get group health insurance. Additional benefit of group Life Insurance and National Pension Scheme (NPS) after one year would also accrue.

Operate online and offline investment portals after being familiarized with them in initial training. The portals being currently used in the company are Investwell Mint and NSE MF II.
Understand the emails coming from financial planners and external partners in the company and take investment and/or monitoring actions on the same.
Be able to write emails and send them within and outside the company.
Fill up financial forms like those related to Investments, Redemption, SIPs, etc with zero error speedily.
Carefully process all the transactions and other financial / non-financial operational work without errors and with speed.
Maintain and update financial and non-financial data on excel and Google sheets, various online portals, extract and download them as required, and analyze them to generate meaningful operational results.
Be able to learn backend operational work as per changing regulatory and procedural requirements and bring them into action speedily.
Deal with and interact with Asset Management Companies' staff as also with the clients as per the requirements.
Be able to do reconciliation of data, compare different data and bring out analyzed conclusions on Excel and Google sheets.
Generate complete or partial MIS Reports as per given criteria through available investment software and portals.
Handle and assist in administrative work of the company on a routine, temporary or standing requirement basis as required.
