We're seeking an experienced

Senior Backend and Database Developer

and

Team Lead

for our backend team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in full-stack development with deep backend specialization, strong process optimization skills, and innovative thinking to drive team efficiency and product quality.

Educational Qualifications:

UG/PG in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field (Any graduate may apply)

Professional Experience:

7+ years of backend development experience 3+ years of team leadership experience 2+ years of experience in Scrum/Agile management

1. Software Architecture Design

Architect and oversee development of backend in

Node.js

Strong grasp of

MVC patterns
