Job Title: Backend Lead Experience Level: 9+ years Location: Chandigarh Position Type: Full-time Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Node.js Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Node.js, along with proficiency in AWS, JavaScript, REST API development, MongoDB, and React. Responsibilities: o Lead and mentor a team of Node.js developers. o Architect and develop scalable and high-performance applications using Node.js. o Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend and backend systems. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. o Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments. o Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Node.js development. Requirements: o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. o 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Node.js. o Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services. o Proficiency in JavaScript and related frontend frameworks such as React. o Solid understanding of REST API design principles and best practices. o Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. o Excellent communication and leadership skills. o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. o Can handle onshore team and on time Tickets resolution. o Must be good in handling queries of Developers and QA's Preferred Qualifications: o Experience with containerization technologies such as AWS Lambda, AWS. o Familiarity with serverless architecture. o Prior experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. o Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile.
