We're looking for a Java Developer with strong analytical and technical ability with 5+ years of experience in Core Java, Spring Boot framework, REST API, Microservices, relational and NoSQL DBs with a good exposure on cloud technologies.
Your responsibilities as a Java Engineer will be:

• analyzing business requirements for the Group HR Tech division and deliver robust technology solutions
• providing technical expertise for new initiatives and enhancing our existing applications
• building solutions that are testable with the highest levels of automation possible
• conducting code reviews and testing software as needed
• collaborating with product, engineering, infrastructure services teams
• supporting and resolving production incidents

You'll be working in the Recruiting team in Group HR Tech, as part of the Technology division in Pune. We provide central services to Recruiting business as technology team building solutions across the life cycle. As a Backend Java Engineer, you'll play an important role in HRIT Architecture and development team.
Your expertise

The developer is to be a part of the HRIT Architecture and development team.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with Java, Spring boot framework, REST APIs and microservices
• good understanding of the SQL and NoSQL databases (like Postgres or MongoDB or Cassandra)
• ability to write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code
• experience with cloud services, preferably Azure, and the ability to utilize cloud resources in backend development
• good understanding of the agile processes, git/gitlab and CI/CD pipelines
• strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work independently
