Job Title:

Patent Paralegal (Backend)

1. Preparation, Review and Filing of patent application (Ordinary, National Phase and Conventional) via e-filing Module

2. Preparation, Review and Filing of various formalities documents including Form 1, Form 2, Form 3, Form 5, Form 6, Form 13, FORM 26, etc.

3. Preparation, Review and Filing of Form 18 and Form 18A

4. Follow up with client and IPO

5. Preparation, Review and Reporting patent application to client and follow up for formal documentations

6. Preparing and tracking patent applications (Patent Portfolio) filed by company for its various clients around the world and updating the portfolio on regular basis

7. Preparing and tracking deadline sheet for docketing actions.

Business Development Executive (Voice & Non-voice)

Key Responsibility Areas:

Generating new leads and converting them into business; Calling clients for new client acquisition; doing cold-calling; Meeting sales targets; Marketing of company services; Create sales pipeline and manage sales cycle - identify market to close big deals; Formulate and execute Client Acquisition Strategies; Acquire and manage Key Accounts; Build and Increase relationship with existing clients; Assist other team members in identifying potential clients; Train and Mentor team members.
