Backend Executive - Digital Marketing

About the Role:

We're looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Backend Executive to join our digital marketing team at Design Global Technology. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client interactions, coordinating projects, and supporting the sales and marketing process from behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with potential and existing clients to promote our digital marketing services. Conduct and assist in client meetings, understand their requirements, and help close deals effectively. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and on time. Track client progress, prepare reports, and support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in client coordination, backend operations, or digital marketing sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal). Confident, organized, and target-driven with the ability to multitask. Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.) is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
