Backend Executive( Logistics)

Location-

Mohali, Punjab

Salary:

Upto 30k CTC

Timings

: 5:30pm to 2:30am

Working Days :

5 days working (Sat & sun off).

Key Responsibilities:

Handle backend documentation and operational tasks related to logistics. Shipment & Delivery Coordination - Track and coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups with vendors and clients. Compliance & Safety- with with up-to-date paperwork for all drivers and ensure with all Document verification. Documentation Management - Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, bills of lading, and other logistics documents. Vendor & Client Communication - Liaise with transporters, warehouse staff, and clients for updates and issue resolution. Draft and manage - professional emails and correspondence. Coordination- with internal teams and clients to ensure timely updates. Reporting & Record Keeping - Maintain reports for shipments, inventory, and other operational metrics. Support Management - Assist senior management with operational planning and logistics strategy. Problem Solving - Address shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly. Order Processing - Ensure timely processing of orders and update the internal systems accurately.

Skills Required:

Excellent

communication skills

(written & verbal). Strong

email writing

and professional correspondence ability. Good knowledge of

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 0-1 year of experience in backend/operations/logistics (freshers can apply).

?16,000 - ₹26000 (depends upon interview).
