Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely
data entry
into company databases and CRM systems.
Make
outbound and inbound calls
to clients/customers for information verification, follow-ups, or coordination.
Maintain and update customer information, records, and reports.
Support daily backend operations and assist in administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth data flow and task completion.
Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.
Generate basic reports and summaries as required by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in backend, telecalling, or data entry role.
Good typing speed
(minimum 35-40 wpm preferred).
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

Excellent
communication and coordination skills
.
Ability to multitask and manage work under minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
