Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to manage daily office operations, billing, and documentation work. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, strong accuracy in data handling, and the ability to support internal administrative and billing processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily reports, invoices, and bills.
Manage data entry, record keeping, and documentation in MS Excel & Word.
Assist in backend operations related to CCTV sales, purchase, and service records.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and billing updates.
Maintain accuracy in data entry and ensure timely completion of backend tasks.
Generate and update MIS reports as required.
Handle office correspondence, filing, and record management.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word*.

Good typing speed and accuracy*.

Knowledge of billing and invoicingprocesses.
