Position Overview:

Exxeella Education Group seeks a diligent and detail-oriented Backend Operations Associate to manage and support the application processing workflow. This role is essential for ensuring smooth application review, timely coordination with various teams, and effective communication with applicants.

Key Qualifications:



Strong typing skills. Effective written communication, particularly via email. Minimum of one year of experience in a backend or similar administrative role.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Application Management:

Review and process student applications, ensuring completeness and adherence to eligibility requirements and university protocols.

Eligibility Verification:

Verify that all applications meet university eligibility standards and escalate incomplete applications for follow-up.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with admissions counselors, agents, and university officials to clarify application requirements, provide updates, and communicate decisions.

Decision Release Coordination:

Work closely with the admissions staff to release admission decisions on schedule, ensuring applicants are informed promptly.

Preferred Skills:



Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in administrative and backend software tools. Experience in admissions or a similar field is an advantage.
