Role Overview

The Senior Backend Executive will be responsible for handling backend operational activities, coordinating data processing tasks, ensuring accuracy in customer and transaction-related information, and generating analytical reports. The role requires strong expertise in Advanced Excel and excellent attention to detail to support smooth operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process backend operations related to mutual funds / financial services. Perform daily transaction processing, documentation verification, and data updates in the system. Prepare, maintain, and audit MIS reports using Advanced Excel features (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Power Query, Macros preferred). Reconcile data and ensure accuracy across systems and reports. Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and process improvements. Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and TAT requirements. Identify discrepancies and escalate issues on time. Support dashboard creation and automation for operational reporting.

Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros). Good understanding of backend operations in BFSI / Mutual Fund industry (preferred). Strong analytical and problem?solving skills. Typing accuracy and speed with data handling ability. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to work under deadlines and multitask.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum 4.5 years of backend or operations experience, preferably in financial services industry. Knowledge of mutual fund processes will be an added advantage.

For Male : Rotational Shift

Timing :6:30 pm to Next Day - 2 to 10 pm

For Shift Allowance -150 Rupees

one Way Cab For Drop 25-30 Kms Radius

For Female :Day shift

Timing :9:30 To 6:30

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
